All returns must be in their original packaging, with tags attached, and unworn. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that are not sent back in their original condition.

Return Conditions
Due to the intimate nature of our swimwear and our commitment to hygiene, all returns are carefully inspected. To ensure the health and safety of all customers, the following conditions apply:

1. Returns That May Require Handling Fees
— Items with minor marks such as deodorant, light makeup, or small surface stains may be accepted at our discretion with a handling fee to cover additional inspection and cleaning costs. Customers will be informed before any refund is processed.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns in the following cases:
— Swimwear showing signs of use, including body fluids, sweat, or noticeable odors.
— Missing, reattached, or dirty hygiene liners/pads.
— Torn, damaged, or stretched fabric.
— Broken, incomplete, or altered sets.

Any returned items that fall under the above conditions will not be refunded and may be returned to the customer.

US RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
For US exchanges

For US returns please follow the steps here.
US Returns: All returns are processed at our fulfillment center in California.
If your return includes one item, the cost of the return label is calculated automatically by our system based on your location and will be deducted from your refund.
If your return includes more than one item, a flat fee of $9.95 per item will be deducted from your refund.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
For international returns
 or exchanges, please submit our return request form. The returnee is responsible for any additional shipping charges.

RETURNS & EXCHNAGES DEADLINES
In any case, you have 7 days from the date your item was delivered to submit a return or exchange request.
 If you have issue submitting the returnor exchange request form write to us via our WhatsApp or by Email To avoid ordering pieces that you're not sure of, we stronggly recommend you to write to us on WhatsApp or by Email so we can help you choose the right size. 
 

Any return request made after 7 days of the order being delivered will be considered final sale. You will only qualify for a store credit. You'll have 14 days to qualify for store credit. To do so, you'll have to request it via WhatsApp
or by Email.

Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account once your refund has been confirmed and we confirm receiving the item(s). You will be emailed a return confirmation at that time. All refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment.

In any case, the returnee is responsible for sending the product back for a refund or exchange. We are not responsible for any return packages not received. Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We cannot refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.

SALE ITEMS
Sale items and items using a promotional code up to 20% off can only be exchanged. You have 7 days to exchange your item(s). Sale items and items using a promotional code above 20% off are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged — Store credit can be granted; returns will then be at the customer’s expense.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Pre-order items can only be exchanged. You have 7 days to exchange your item(s). No refunds will be made on pre-ordered items.
